PlayImposterGame provides a free online multiplayer word deduction game where players work together to identify the "imposter" based on word-related clues.

3. User Accounts and Registration

Content Guidelines: Custom word lists must not contain copyrighted material, trademarks, or offensive content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

All original content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by PlayImposterGame and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 User-Generated Content

  • You retain ownership of any custom word lists you create
  • By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, store, and display it for Service operation
  • You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on third-party rights
  • We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws

5.3 Trademarks

The PlayImposterGame name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names are trademarks of PlayImposterGame. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at /privacy-policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Anonymous Play: We do not require personal information to play the game. You can enjoy most features without creating an account or providing any identifying information.
